About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Landscape Architect to join our expanding landscape team at Anderselite. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing landscape planning projects, with a focus on Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage landscape planning projects, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated environmental solutions.
  • Prepare and present detailed landscape plans, reports, and visualizations using AutoCAD, GIS, and Adobe Suite.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and planning authorities to develop project briefs and secure planning permissions.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the landscape team, mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in landscape architecture and planning.
Requirements
  • Chartered Landscape Architect (CMLI) with 4-5 years of post-chartership experience.
  • Extensive experience in planning, particularly in Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, and Adobe Suite.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
