Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Contracts Manager to deliver Planned Works to tenanted social housing properties in West London and North London.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the delivery of projects within budget and time scales specified
Experience as a Contracts Manager delivering social housing/planned maintenance projects
Focus on quality, customer service, and delivery
Driving profitability of the contract, including pricing and delivery of extra works
Process management
Management of the customer
Understanding of the financials on the contract
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the social housing sector
Strong understanding of planned maintenance projects
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
