Senior Business Growth Manager

At Allied Insulators Ltd, we are seeking a Business Development / Product Manager to drive the continued growth of our business and ensure its long-term success.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Achieving agreed sales revenue and margins, preparing quotes and tenders as necessary
- Identifying market opportunities and taking full responsibility for driving sales, working with the current directors to develop a sound business growth strategy for future success
- Taking complete P&L ownership and maintaining a focus across operational functions of the business to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget
- Developing mutually beneficial relationships, internally and externally, and gaining trust at all levels
- Preparing and delivering monthly reports to Directors
- Identifying and arranging participation in marketing events such as exhibitions and technical forums
Key requirements for the role include:
- A strong communicator at all levels, with both internal and external stakeholders
- Able to handle pressure when needed and have strong planning and organisational skills
- Demonstrable experience in delivering customer satisfaction
- Financially and commercially astute with a track record of delivering and exceeding agreed targets
- Experienced in budget and report writing at a senior level
- A strong leader, with excellent people management skills and the ability to motivate others
- Pragmatic with an energetic, persuasive and engaging personality
