Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or Paralegal to join our dynamic team. As a flexible working opportunity, this role offers the chance to work from home 1-5 days a week, perfect for those seeking a better work-life balance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conveyancing, with excellent knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. They will be responsible for handling all types of conveyancing matters, including registered and unregistered sales, freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and Land Registry applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing conveyancing cases from inception to completion
• Preparing and submitting legal documents
• Collaborating with clients and other stakeholders

Salary Information
