Senior Java Developer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement server-side Java applications using SpringBoot
  • Collaborate with the business to identify and prioritise project requirements
  • Develop and maintain high-quality Java code, adhering to best practices and coding standards
  • Work closely with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of our systems
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our development processes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of Java 8 and SpringBoot
  • Experience in implementing calculations in pricing or risk systems
  • Strong knowledge of modern development best practices, including TDD and DevOps
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
