About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Rural Property Senior Associate to join our team at Burges Salmon. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property lawyer to leverage their expertise and lead complex transactions.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in property transactions and matters for landed estates and rural properties, with a strong track record of delivering results and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements
  • Relevant experience working on property transactions and matters for landed estates and rural properties.
  • A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to manage a complex and varied workload effectively.
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn.
  • Experience of leading others to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • A SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including flexible working options, professional development opportunities, and a collaborative work environment.
