Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team at Nexus ERP. As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Property Management team and properties managed by the company.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Property Management: Manage a portfolio of managed properties, including pro-active and reactive maintenance, property inspections, and organisation of safety certificates.
  • Tenant and Landlord Management: Build relationships with tenants and landlords, and manage queries and issues.
  • Contractor Management: Manage contractors and ensure that maintenance work is carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory and Check-out Reports: Process outsourced inventory reports and check-out reports.
  • Deposit Management: Manage deposit registration, repayments, and disputes.
  • Utility Notifications: Manage utility notifications and ensure that conditions of let are met.
  • Project Management: Project manage refurbishments and furniture package orders and installation.
  • Problem Solving: Solve complex issues and resolve problems.
  • Safety Certificates and Compliance: Manage safety certificates and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Inspections and Reporting: Carry out periodic inspections and reporting.
  • Branch Support: Assist the lettings department and sales department as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience working in Property Management.
  • Skills: Proficient on property technology and property management applications, good general knowledge of the area, willingness to work as a team, ability to work independently, smart, proactive, enthusiastic, and confident when in an office and public environment, competent with MS Office, outlook, and property management software, excellent telephone manner, competent representing the company with clients, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Education: Degree level education is preferable but not essential.
  • Qualifications: ARLA trained/qualified is preferable but not essential.
  • Driver's License: Must have a car and clean driver's license.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm, Alternate Saturdays 9am - 1pm
