We are seeking a skilled and motivated Team Leader to lead our bakery team and contribute to the success of our store. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the bakery when the Manager is not present, ensuring that the team operates smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the bakery team to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Manage the bakery operations, including food preparation, store cleanliness, and customer service
  • Work closely with the Manager to achieve store objectives and goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and control inventory, stock levels, and waste management
