About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mandarin Language Specialist to join our team at MI5, MI6, and GCHQ. As a Language Specialist, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the UK by providing linguistic expertise to support our intelligence gathering and analysis efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level language support for intelligence operations, including translation, interpretation, and analysis of Mandarin language materials.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify key information and trends in Mandarin language sources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement language-based solutions to support intelligence operations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
