The Opportunity: Deputy Store Manager
We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Leader to join our team in Newport. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference by driving sales in your store, generating vital funds to support disabled children and their families.
Your Role:
- Lead and motivate a team of paid employees and volunteers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Maximize retail sales and profit through effective day-to-day management, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
- Implement creative merchandising strategies to showcase our diverse product range and drive customer engagement.
- Maintain operational excellence by adhering to company policies and procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient store environment.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve overall store objectives and contribute to the success of Newlife's mission.
