Locum Practice Nurse Opportunity in Birmingham

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Practice Nurse to join our dynamic team at a busy GP surgery in Birmingham.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the practice population in a variety of clinical settings.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Administering vaccinations and immunisations to children and adults
  2. Conducting asthma and COPD reviews and monitoring
  3. Providing simple dressings and wound care
  4. Managing chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension
  5. Performing cervical cytology and spirometry
  6. Delivering health promotion and weight loss advice
  7. Supporting smoking cessation initiatives
