As a High-Voltage Load Bank Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, installing, and maintaining load bank systems for LV and HV applications in the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Installation: Collaborate with our engineering team to design and implement load bank systems, ensuring reliable and safe operation in critical settings.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough load testing and quality assurance to guarantee the highest standards of performance and safety.
  • Technical Support and Collaboration: Provide expert technical support and collaboration with engineers, technicians, and clients to deliver innovative solutions to load bank challenges.
  • Compliance and Safety: Develop and maintain safety protocols and industry standards for working with high-voltage equipment, prioritising a culture of safety and risk management.

Estimated Salary: £62,000 - £82,000 per annum

About the Role:

  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and high-voltage principles, particularly in power generation.
  • Proven experience in load bank design, operation, testing methods, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of logistics and asset transportation for LV load bank assets and HV packaged substations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Valid full driving licence, and the ability to regularly travel across the UK and Europe as required.
