We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Bar Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage every guest, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Prepare and serve high-quality food and drink, meeting the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Make recommendations that elevate guest experiences, showcasing our menu and drinks offerings
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and colleagues, adhering to health and safety protocols

Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old, as this role involves the sale of alcohol
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
