Sustainable Fluid Management Role

At Aliaxis, we strive for excellence in fluid management solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for utilizing compounding equipment to meet operational quality and delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental practices.
  • Conduct daily machinery and MHE safety checks to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Operate re-processing equipment and MHE to achieve quality and delivery objectives.
  • Monitor and record department output through digital systems.
  • Maintain internal housekeeping standards and inform local supervision of any issues.
  • Troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Engineering team to drive process improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and engage stakeholders to implement changes.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, demonstrating flexibility to meet customer demand.

Shift and Pay Details:

Monday to Friday, 2:30pm to 10:30pm

Annual Salary: £33,303.56 (inclusive of shift premium)

Attendance Bonus: £300 per quarter (subject to 100% attendance)

Requirements:

  • Awareness of basic Health and Safety principles.
  • Engagement in maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Technical understanding gained from working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Capacity to challenge the status quo and implement process improvements.
