What You'll Need:
  • Proven experience in housing management with a solid understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage, inspire, and develop a high-performing team while driving service improvements.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts in a positive way.
  • Experience of managing performance, resources, and workflows to achieve service excellence and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, always looking for opportunities to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle, with the flexibility to travel regionally as needed.
