Academic Mentorship Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Education Tutor to join our team. As an Education Tutor, you will provide one-on-one support to students in core subjects, creating tailored learning plans and tracking student progress.
About the RoleThis role involves delivering high-quality tutoring services to students, with a focus on academic support and guidance. You will work closely with students to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to enhance their understanding of core subjects.
The ideal candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, and experience teaching core subjects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to engage and motivate students.
Responsibilities- Deliver one-on-one tutoring sessions to students in core subjects
- Create personalised learning plans based on student needs
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Experience teaching core subjects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
