Job Title: Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Interface Recruitment UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering and managing customer relationships within a sport-related organisation.

About the Role:

  • Foster and manage customer relationships with a positive mindset and customer-first approach.
  • Manage in-house systems administration, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for marketing-related customer inquiries and communications.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and problem resolution, exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal teams for prize activation, winners, and campaign conclusion.
  • Administrate and organise winners' data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Engage with winners and participants via various media/channels, promoting brand awareness.
  • Handle payment information, prize procurement, and damaged items, maintaining high levels of professionalism.
  • Monitor and analyse processes for excellent customer service, driving continuous improvement.
  • Oversee content administration, scheduling, and communication across digital platforms, ensuring consistency and clarity.

Typical Day:

  • Export daily instant wins through FP Dashboard, tracking progress and trends.
  • Monitor live draws on Facebook, record main winners, and send congratulatory messages, fostering engagement.
  • Respond to emails, text messages, and Facebook messages, addressing administrative enquiries efficiently.

Periodic Tasks:

  • Manage and update site credit for users, ensuring accurate records.
  • Create and issue coupons or vouchers for promotions or prize packages, enhancing customer experience.
  • Order and manage prize inventory, maintaining optimal stock levels.
  • Send Trustpilot review links to winners and monitor reviews, gathering valuable feedback.
  • Arrange collection of damaged items through the DX system, resolving issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management, administration, marketing, or digital media, with a proven track record of managing relationships, customer retention, and administrating successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, with experience in creating engaging content and campaigns.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
