About the Job

As a Pharmacy Manager at Tesco Partners, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and supporting staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth running of our pharmacies. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and improve patient outcomes.

The estimated salary for this role is £75,000 - £100,000 per annum depending on experience, and you will also receive a range of benefits including 25 days holiday, a contributory pension scheme and access to our colleague network.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • You will supply prescriptions, deliver a range of NHS and Private services and provide healthcare advice to customers.
  • You will play an active role in our charities support program giving advice to people in the community at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.
  • You will use a planning system to ensure pharmacy staff are available, so we're always there to meet our customers' needs.
