Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our property team in Suffolk as a Residential Conveyancing Professional.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Preparation: Prepare documents, maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Matter Handling: Handle routine matters, liaise with clients and third parties.
  • Client Service: Provide high levels of client service, manage files efficiently.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and office procedures.
  • File Management: Receive new enquiries, open files, conduct compliance checks.
  • Contract Drafting: Draft contracts, prepare mortgage deeds, close files as required.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years' current experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Background: Previous experience in a legal office or customer service environment.
  • Skillset: Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
Compensation Package:
  • Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
