Salary Range:

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, with additional benefits including private health care and dental.

About the Role:

As a Technical Service Delivery Lead, you will work closely with our management, sales, and technical teams to deliver secure and high-performance network solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing network solutions that meet customer requirements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network components into the broader infrastructure
• Providing expert advice on network design, implementation, and optimization

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with key network infrastructure components, including Switches, Firewalls, WIFI, and Servers
• Proficiency in VLANs, Layer 3 switching, and network segmentation techniques
• Experience with network design and capacity planning
• Exposure to security standards (e.g., Cyber Essentials, NIST) and their practical application in network environments
