Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at Round-Peg Solutions (RPS). As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process for allocated programmes/commodities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Bill of Materials (BOM) cost versus budget, ensuring that costs are aligned with budget requirements.
  • Ensure BOM integrity by maintaining accurate and up-to-date item and contract item data.
  • Make informed sourcing decisions to reduce costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement and supply chain operations.
  • Develop and present procurement slides and actions to the Procurement Manager and Programme/Project site reviews.
  • Manage Programme Procurement Change Control, Export Control, and ITAR compliance.
  • Deliver and maintain the integrity of Programme BOM to Cost/Budget, ensuring that item and contract item data is updated and maintained.

Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge of procurement processes and strategies.
  • Proficient in contract management and supplier evaluation.
  • Proven experience of contractual and commercial negotiations.
