We are seeking a dedicated Care Companion to join our team at Home not Hospital. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the life of an individual with Autism and a learning disability.



The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of Autism and its impact on daily living, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Key qualities include providing support during challenging periods, being a positive advocate, and being patient and understanding.

The successful candidate will be expected to have a Driving Licence and be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime.
