About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Woodthorpe Lodge. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring they receive the highest standards of care and attention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with residents and their families to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide physical and mental stimulation through a range of social and recreational activities, promoting a sense of security, dignity, and independence.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in safeguarding training and take an active role in identifying and reporting concerns.
