As an Education Assistant with Academics Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of children with complex needs. You will work closely with a pupil who has ASD, providing individualised support and care to facilitate their learning and development. In addition, you will work with small groups of children who require additional assistance, using your creativity and expertise to engage them in educational activities.

Salary Information

The salary for this role is £80-90 per day, reflecting the expertise and experience required to support children with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individualised support and care to facilitate the learning and development of pupils with ASD">
  • Working with small groups of children who require additional assistance, using creative and engaging approaches to promote learning">
  • Maintaining accurate records of pupil progress and development">
  • Participating in regular meetings with teachers and other professionals to discuss student progress and plan future interventions">
