Position: Sales and Service Executive at KION Group - Intralogistics Solutions
Company Overview: KION Group
The primary objective of this position within the KION Group is to enhance sales and service revenues for Intralogistics Solutions, particularly focusing on Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs). This role is primarily remote but will necessitate significant travel across various regions, including overnight stays as required.
What We Provide:
- Drive sales growth of KION's AGV and AMR product lines
- Identify avenues for business development while delivering outstanding client service
- Collaborate with key account managers and new business developers to propel AGV and AMR sales
- Oversee tender processes from inception to completion
- Coordinate efforts with Automation Project Engineers
- Work in close partnership with Project Managers and Robotic Application Engineers to ensure optimal solutions
- Promote AGVs within the assigned territory
- Effectively utilize flow plan development tools
- Provide expert guidance on Automation and Intralogistics to clients
- Conduct site visits, propose solutions, and deliver impactful presentations
- Achieve challenging sales targets
- Develop calculations for return on investment
- Employ solution-oriented selling strategies
- Adhere to internal submission protocols prior to customer presentations
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of AGVs and solution-oriented sales preferred
- Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in business development
- Experience in managing substantial tenders
- Excellent communication and persuasion abilities
- Understanding of warehouse materials handling processes
- Skilled in crafting and delivering proposals and presentations
- Confident in engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in IT, including intermediate skills in PowerPoint and Excel
- Possession of a valid driving license
