Veterinary Clinic Manager

Salary: up to £75,000 per annum (depending on experience). A welcome bonus of up to £5,000 and relocation allowance of up to £5,000 are also included.
You will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of our practice, delivering exceptional care and making a real difference in the lives of pets and their owners. While an interest or certification in surgery is preferred, it is not essential.
We offer a flexible approach to rota patterns and working hours that allows you to achieve a perfect work-life balance. Our weekday working hours are 8:30am - 6:30pm with 2 hours of protected breaks throughout the day. You will have a share in 3 in 10 Saturdays from 9am - 4:30pm. There are no evening or weekend out-of-hours responsibilities.
Our Practice
- We provide a high-end first opinion service, equipped with advanced facilities including laparoscopic surgery, orthopaedic equipment, VetSEAL, endoscopy, rhinoscopy, ultrasound, digital and dental x-ray, and an in-house laboratory.
- Our recently refurbished, state-of-the-art clinic ensures an efficient workflow.
- We collaborate closely with the Scottish SPCA and local charities, providing surgeries, consultations, and legal casework.
Your Team
- Our motivated, friendly team consists of 9 Veterinary Surgeons, 14 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 3 Veterinary Care Assistants and 8 Support Team staff.
- We have certificate holders in surgery, ophthalmology, and dermatology as well as the IVC Welfare Lead on the team.
