Job Summary
MASHPOINT LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for incoming visitors and calls. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Coverage
- Perform various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
- Visitor Management
- Screen and process visitors, notifying appropriate staff as needed.
- Register visitors for upcoming meetings and reserve conference room space.
- Communication and Customer Service
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the correct staff member or department.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
