A leading regional contractor is seeking a seasoned Contracts Manager to oversee new build residential projects in the North West.

Job Description

This role will involve managing project teams to ensure successful completion of projects, liaising with clients, suppliers, and project management teams, and working with the commercial team to meet project financial targets.

  • Oversee multiple projects in the North West region, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to high standards.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their expectations and provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Work closely with the commercial team to ensure projects are delivered within budget and to the required quality standard.
  • Collaborate with site teams to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring smooth project execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • Proven experience in contracts management on new build residential projects.
  • Detailed knowledge of construction methods and technology.
  • Strong people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, with a focus on project financial management.
  • Ability to plan and programme construction projects, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Projects.
