We seek an experienced and versatile Senior Environment Visualisation Specialist to lead our team in creating innovative visual experiences for AAA titles. Proven expertise in generating diverse styles, technical proficiency with current-gen technology, and illustration skills are highly valued.

This role is based in our Liverpool studio.

Key Requirements

  • At least 4+ years of experience in console development, with at least 2 shipped titles and one as a Lead Artist.
  • Effective visual and verbal communication skills when directing internal or external teams or individuals.
  • Excellent resource management and judgement while assigning artists of varying skill sets to multiple projects.
  • Comfortable liaising with and presenting to clients in an authoritative and professional manner.
  • A self-motivated team leader who is outgoing, friendly, gregarious, with attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional game experiences.
  • Autonomous in managing deadlines and budgets, with excellent time management skills.
  • Experience in managing art teams effectively and efficiently.
  • 2-3 years of experience in developing and implementing solid art production pathways.
  • The ability to find creative solutions when troubleshooting and assessing risks.
  • A good understanding of cutting-edge artistic techniques and tools, with the ability to implement them into current practices.
