  • Work closely with qualified therapists, behaviour management consultants, and specialised psychologists to gain valuable experience and insights.
  • Develop and implement behaviour management plans to support students with complex needs.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment by promoting social, emotional, and mental well-being.

Requirements:

  • Excellent behaviour management skills and experience working with students with Special Educational Needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and other professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Education and training in a relevant field, such as psychology, education, or social work.
