Role: KFC Assistant Restaurant General Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach, train, and engage a high-performing team to deliver a reliable and consistent experience for customers.
- Deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the restaurant meets excellent standards.
- Perform weekly administrative tasks to maintain a functional and well-oiled machine.
- Run the shop floor to a high standard, delighting customers and creating a memorable experience.
- Manage the recruitment process to bring in the best talent who demonstrate core values.
- Contribute to ad-hoc project work to identify stretch goals and enable personal growth.
About the Role:
As an Assistant Restaurant General Manager at KFC, you will hold a crucial position within the restaurant management team. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and standardized operation of day-to-day activities, motivating and developing a high-performing team, and driving sales and profitability in your restaurant.
