We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Auctions Manager to join our team at GCB Recruitment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in winning new business and a strong background within Property Auctions or Estate Agency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commission package, full support from the Director, and a 5-day working week. They will be responsible for:

• Managing a portfolio of clients and agents
• Identifying and canvassing sources of new auction listings
• Creating new associations to work in partnership with existing clients
• Monitoring and reporting progress to the line manager
• Attending conferences and expositions to network and build relationships

The successful Auctions Manager will have:

• Property Auctions Background ideal
• Estate Agency experience essential
• B2B experience
• Excellent communication skills both in person and on the telephone
• Experience in dealing with inbound and outbound sales calls and the ability to self-generate new business
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent organising and planning skills
