About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Prospero Health & Social Care as a Support Worker for Children and Young People. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional support and care to children and young people in a variety of settings, including hospitals, emergency accommodation, and private residences.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Support individuals in developing their living skills, accessing education and therapy, and promoting positive behavior.
  • Build strong relationships with individuals, their families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in the UK care sector.
  • Experience as a Support Worker.
  • Experience supporting children and young people in a professional environment (desirable).
  • Driver with access to a vehicle.
  • QCF Level 3 CYP.
