About the Opportunity

This is an exciting chance for a skilled professional to lead on various initiatives across the Boots UK, No7 Beauty Company, and Boots Opticians business. As a key member of the Reward team, you will report to the Reward Manager and collaborate with the team to deliver projects such as annual salary review, bonus, gender pay gap reporting, recognition, and flexible benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • To support and lead on reward projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to business leaders and HR Business Partners on reward-related matters
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of reward initiatives, focusing on process improvement and competitiveness
  • Develop engaging communications that meet the needs of various stakeholders
  • Produce accurate and timely data analysis to inform reward strategies
  • Apply governance principles to ensure fairness and consistency in reward initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with the UK and Global HR teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing projects, including budget, team, and schedule management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
