We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Litigation Partner to join our award-winning Dispute Resolution department. As a key member of the team, you will advise on a full range of contentious matters, including commercial and corporate disputes, and represent clients in High Court litigation and international arbitration.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical ability, commercial acumen, and a passion for business development. You will work closely with the Head of Department on business development opportunities and supervise and delegate work to junior solicitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on commercial and corporate disputes, including High Court litigation and international arbitration
  • Represent clients in High Court litigation and international arbitration
  • Work closely with the Head of Department on business development opportunities
  • Supervise and delegate work to junior solicitors
  • Develop and maintain a portable client following
Requirements
  • At least 6 years post-qualification experience from a national law firm
  • Strong technical ability, commercial acumen, and a passion for business development
  • Ability to work to deadlines/targets, prioritize, and manage a varied caseload of commercial disputes
  • Demonstrated success in progressing litigation, arbitration, and ADR
  • Strong academic profile
