Head of Grid Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Head of Grid Development. As a key member of our Grid and Project Development team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of our renewable energy projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with our Grid and Project Development Teams to identify and evaluate new project opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal project stakeholders and sub-contractor teams
- Provide effective communication with external project stakeholders, including TSOs, TOs, DNOs, and EPC contractors
- Manage and coordinate the development of our utility-scale projects, including grid applications and connection requirements
- Identify and evaluate potential new project opportunities, including supporting financial modelling and grid connection cost analysis
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in power system analysis, transmission and distribution, or renewable energy project development
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD 2D/3D
- Excellent report writing, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to travel regularly throughout the UK
- Competitive base salary: £100k - £120k depending on experience
- Cash bonus as defined by the group policies
