Job Title: Lead Data Analyst

About the Role

Homes England is seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Analyst to join our Data and Analytics Directorate. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving data analysis and reporting initiatives that enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and actively participate in the analysis and interpretation of complex data to support decision-making and strategy development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into clear, data-driven recommendations, ensuring the accuracy and quality of data processes.
  • Enhance data processes, ensuring accuracy, and implement best practices in data analysis and visualization.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of analysts, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and guidance needed to deliver high-quality data insights.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of delivering successful data analysis initiatives that align with broader organizational strategies.
  • Extensive experience managing a diverse range of stakeholders, with the ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Resilient and adept at managing change, with the determination to see projects through to completion, even when faced with challenges.
  • Collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively with teams across the business, and skilled at managing expectations while fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation.
