About the Role:
- Perform maintenance tasks to ensure the premises are safe, secure, and well-maintained.
- Assist the Manager with property matters, including tool management and inventory control.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly checks on equipment, systems, and premises to identify potential issues.
- Liaise with the Housekeeper to maintain the interior décor and cleanliness of the premises.
- Attend staff meetings and participate in in-house training sessions as required.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual handling tasks.
