Job Overview

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm welcome for all guests
  • Managing a team of staff to achieve Company Standards
  • Liaising with Chefs, Hotel Management and Suppliers
  • Stocktaking and ordering
  • Dealing with Accounts Management
  • Day to day shift running in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Sending and receiving instructions from the General Manager
  • Daily and weekly administrative tasks in line with the operation of a busy food and beverage operation
  • Leading a busy environment from the front, by example
  • As part of the job requirement, this role may require the need for sleepovers and to respond to guests' needs during the night

Please note that this role requires a strong background in food and hospitality, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
