Senior Building Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Senior Building Surveyor to join our team at Wallace Hind Selection LTD. As a key member of our property development team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.

About the Role

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on a range of building-related matters, including condition surveys, dilapidations, project management, and building pathology. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on building-related matters, including condition surveys, dilapidations, and project management.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to maintain expertise and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) with a proven track record of providing expert advice on building-related matters.
  • Strong business development skills with a proven ability to drive growth and revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel as required.
