About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team at HPFT NHS, Kingsley Green, Harper Lane, Radlett, Hertfordshire, England, WD7 9HQ.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure seamless operations
  • Manage the opening and closing of business, including stock controls and front of house/bar ordering
  • Represent the catering brand at customer sites, providing exceptional service
  • Undertake cash collection and banking duties as required
  • Work flexibly across multiple outlets on site
Requirements
  • Previous catering experience in a similar environment
  • Supervisory experience and strong organisational and time management skills
  • Food Hygiene and basic Health and Safety certificates (full development and training provided)
  • Excellent communication and numeracy skills
