Audi Sales and Parts Manager

The TPS Sales Manager is responsible for leading the parts sales team to achieve and exceed targets, building strong relationships with customers, and implementing promotional activities to meet sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate the parts sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Plan and implement promotional activities to meet sales goals
- Monitor sales performance against KPIs and take corrective action as needed
- Proven track record of sales team management experience in a B2B environment
- Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team of parts sales executives
- High degree of IT literacy and proficient user of MS Office
- Sales-focused individual with passion for the automotive industry or providing great customer service

Salary:$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
