About the Job

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Property Asset Coordinator to join our Estates team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site acquisition activities, including gathering project information, maintaining document control, and tracking project activities. They will also assist in strategic project meetings and follow up with meeting notes.

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £37,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, a 4% matched pension scheme, and access to our staff discount portal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gathering all project information: schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks, and project meetings.
  • Maintaining document control, database management, tracking project activities and team communication.
  • Assisting project team and team lead in strategic project meetings and follow up with meeting notes.
