Salary: £23,259.60 per annum pro rata + Benefits
Contract: Part time, Permanent - 21 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and co-ordinate a team of employees and volunteers to provide group support to children and young people across various settings.
  • Develop and deliver programmes to promote young people's personal and social development, enabling them to have a voice, influence, and place in their communities and society.
  • Work collaboratively with the Children and Young People's team to build resilience and character, and provide young people with the confidence and life skills they need to live, learn, work, and achieve.

Requirements:

  • An Enhanced DBS will be required for each successful candidate (Paid for by Oaklea, T&Cs apply)
  • Car driver is essential
