Job Title: Sales and Business Growth Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Cartwheel Recruitment Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience in field sales, with a strong understanding of the foodservice/hospitality/catering industry.
About the Role:
- Develop profitable sales growth by creating opportunities to sell more to current customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver effective solutions for customers.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure long-term loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales targets through efficient use of technology and organizational skills.
- Identify and develop profitable business with new customers.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
Requirements:
- Driven, positive, self-motivated individual with strong organisational skills.
- Relevant sales qualifications or business qualification to A level standard or equivalent.
- Experience in food and/or product sales (either foodservice, retail, supply side).
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £42,000 + Commission (OTE £55k). If you have the necessary skills and experience, please apply.
