Quality Process Improvement Manager

The Quality Process Improvement Manager at Hd6 will be responsible for leading quality process improvements across the organization. This critical role involves:
- Developing and implementing quality process improvements, enhancing efficiency and reducing waste.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and enhance quality processes.
- Preparation of quality documentation, including procedures, instructions, and records, to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Rectifying quality issues from supply chain to customer aftercare, reducing defects and improving customer satisfaction.
- Implementing defect prevention strategies and driving quality process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have experience in quality engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment, and a strong understanding of quality management principles and practices.
