Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and physical disabilities.
- Provide care and support for clients who are temporarily sick or terminally ill.
- Help clients with their mental and physical activities, such as talking, outings, reading, and hobbies.
- Perform light cleaning, laundry, and other household tasks as needed.
- Set tables, prepare and serve light meals, and clear away.
- Read and write reports, and be involved in clients' reviews and training activities.
- Adhere to all Silverberry Care's policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Self-motivation and a well-organized approach.
- Caring and sensitive qualities, with the ability to communicate effectively.
- A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
- Company pension scheme.

- 45p mileage pay.
- Support to achieve QCF qualifications.
