Job Title: Offshore Instrumentation Specialist

Location: The Morecambe Hub fields, East Irish Sea

Job Type: PAYE Contract, 2/3 Rotational

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Offshore Instrumentation Specialist to join our team in the offshore oil and gas industry. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing our offshore instrumentation systems to ensure the safety and efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, repair, and optimize offshore instrumentation systems to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Shift Supervisor and E&I Team Leader to execute maintenance activities, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all systems are operating to the highest standards.
  • Perform routine and reactive maintenance, repairs, and replacements of offshore instrumentation systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of a BTECH or ONC in an engineering discipline, preferably in Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with instrumentation systems in the offshore oil and gas industry, with a strong background in the Exploration & Production (E&P) sector.
  • Proficiency in safety and environmental policies, planned and unplanned maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex instrumentation systems.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
