Job Description:
The Relief Care Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the wellbeing and happiness of our residents at Windsor House in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care and support to residents, enabling them to live their later years well
- Deliver housekeeping and domestic support across the general estate, including apartment cleans
- Support and encourage residents to participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing
- Help residents book appointments, arrange transport, and escort them on visits as needed
- Assist with shopping and daily tasks to ensure residents' independence and dignity

About You:
We are looking for a reliable and compassionate individual with experience in a care or support environment. You should have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of others. A QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification or equivalent is preferred, but not essential.

Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of £11.58 per hour, plus additional pay for evening and weekend hours. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including 28 days' holiday (pro rata), life assurance, company pension, and access to Employee Assist Programme and in-house Mental Health First Aiders.
