Working Hours: 08:15 am to 03:45 pm (Monday to Friday)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant and inclusive community at an Outstanding Primary School in Enfield. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs, providing one-on-one and small group support, and collaborating with teachers and staff to create an inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with SEN, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs), ensuring students receive tailored support.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, fostering a sense of belonging among students.
  • Support students in developing essential life skills, such as communication, problem-solving, and self-advocacy.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Assist with classroom management and behavior support, promoting a safe and respectful learning environment.

Requirements:
